Our company submitted a binding offer for the project «Theageneio» Oncologic Hospital of Thessaloniki, through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.
The project concerns the financing, design, construction and maintenance of the new Oncologic Hospital in Thessaloniki, with a capacity of 425 beds, which will indicatively consist of the following:
▪ Intensive Care Unit with 10 beds
▪ Palliative care unit
▪ Day care unit for surgeries and chemotherapies
▪ Patient service unit with psychological support and pain management unit
▪ Outpatient department and limited emergency department
▪ Laboratory-Diagnostic Department for "in vitro" and "in vivo" services such as: radiodiagnostics, nuclear medicine, endoscopies and "in vitro" laboratories with a molecular department
▪ Radiotherapy department and radioisotope therapy department
▪ Laundry areas for cleaning garments, kitchen and other common areas.
The total area of the new Oncologic Hospital in Thessaloniki is indicatively 46,305 m2 and is located in Polychni, Thessaloniki.
The project's duration is estimated at 30 years.
