Our company prequalified in the public international tender for the project «Penal Complex building Re-location», through a Public Private Partnership (PPP), of the Ministry of Citizen Protection.
The scope of the project includes the design, financing, construction, supply of equipment and operation and maintenance of the new building facilities for the new Judicial Correctional Facility of Athens (JCSA) and the Directorate of Court Transfers of Attica (DCTA).
The new facilities will be located within the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, Region of Attica, on a property of approx. 100.000 m2.
The project's duration is estimated at 30 years.
The second phase of the Tender is expected to start.
