MYTILINEOS and M CONCESSIONS, in cooperation with ΑVAX, with participation rates of 50% and 50% respectively, are contractors on the project: “Design, financing, construction and operation of the new eastern internal regional highway of Thessaloniki (Flyover)”, with a total duration of 30 years, of which the first 4 years relate to the construction period and the remaining 26 relate to the period of operation and maintenance services provision.
Our company acquired a 24% stake in the share capital of the Concessionaire DIKTAION CONCESSIONS S.A. (with the sole shareholder to date being GEK TERNA S.A.) for participation in the concession, operation and maintenance of the "Northern Road Axis of Crete (BOAK)" project.
