Our company prequalified in the public international tender for the project “Construction and operation of the Court of First Instance and the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Athens through a Public Private Partnership (PPP)”, with the Ministry of Justice as Contracting Authority.
The scope of the Partnership Agreement is the financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the building infrastructure that will house the Court of First Instance and the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Athens for a maximum period of twenty-five (25) years. The project concerns the development of modern and functional building infrastructure that will house the Court of First Instance and the Athens Prosecutor’s Office. It is expected to contribute to a better, faster and more efficient functioning of judicial services, to the upgrading of justice services offered to citizens and to the concentration of services.
The second phase of the Tender is expected to start.
