MYTILINEOS and M CONCESSIONS, in cooperation with ATESE S.A. with 90% and 10% respectively participation rates, were proclaimed provisional contractor in November 2022 by Ktiriakes Ypodomes S.A. for the design, financing, construction and operation of 17 modern school units in central Macedonia region. The financial closure process and the contractual period of the project are in progress.
Our company acquired a 24% stake in the share capital of the Concessionaire DIKTAION CONCESSIONS S.A. (with the sole shareholder to date being GEK TERNA S.A.) for participation in the concession, operation and maintenance of the "Northern Road Axis of Crete (BOAK)" project.
