Project Scope: design, financing, supply/installation, upgrade of existing network and technical management (maintenance, operation and management) of the streetlighting infrastructure system of the national and provincial road network of the Epirus region.
Contract duration:The duration of the Partnership Agreement has been set at 16 years.
Energy efficiency upgrade of the street lighting system and infrastructure, by replacing luminaires with new technology with significantly lower energy consumption.
Technical management that ensures the proper operation of the system, in terms of quality and safety of the services provided, in accordance with international standards.
Road safety improvement by creating better visibility conditions for both drivers and pedestrians.
Installation of a modern remote management and control system.
Immediate repair of damages related to the street lighting infrastructure of this network.
Simultaneously, the project contributes towards the wider operational plan of the Region of Epirus regarding the protection of the environment and quality of life. More specifically: the energy upgrade of infrastructure, the reduction of the energy footprint in the urban areas of the Region of Epirus and the awareness of citizens on energy saving issues.
